The default web browsers on many Parrot Anafi, Autel, and DJI smart controller devices are often outdated and may no longer be supported. This can cause login issues, security risks, and problems accessing DroneSense features.
DroneSense recommends installing the Firefox browser on smart controllers to ensure device security, enable Single Sign-On (SSO), and provide a reliable browsing experience.
IMPORTANT: Installing Firefox is required for Axon Connect Single Sign-On (SSO) to function properly on smart controller devices.
Firefox Version Compatibility
Due to Android version limitations on many smart controllers, the latest Firefox releases may not install or function correctly.
DroneSense recommends installing Firefox version 143.0.4, which is compatible with older Android operating systems commonly found on smart controller devices.
Newer versions (such as 149.0) require newer Android versions and may fail to install or run properly on these devices. Version 143.0.4 supports Android 5.0+, making it the most reliable option for these controllers.
To check your version in Firefox:
- Open Firefox
- Tap the menu (⋮)
- Go to Settings → About Firefox
