Missing Zoom in Video Mode

Problem: The Zoom functionality is missing while in video mode on the Mavic 2 Enterprise drones.

Solution: This is a limitation of the DJI interface when in 4K mode. To use the zoom capability in video mode, you will need to reduce the resolution:

1. Open the Camera Settings and choose Resolution:
2. Select 1920 x 1080 resolution:
   
   
3. Once you're in 1920 x 1080 mode, you should see the zoom capability return.
