Autel EVO II Not Streaming to Ops Hub

UPDATE 5/1/2024: We are confident that have a resolution to this issue currently in testing, and anticipate that well will be releasing it later this week.

SUPPORT ALERT: We have identified an issue on the Autel Smart Controller V2 (possibly V1 as well) which prevents streaming on the EVO II.

We have identified that the issue is not related to the latest Android release, and reverting will not resolve the issue.

We’ve confirmed it is isolated to these specific devices and are continuing to investigate.

WORKAROUND: Android or iOS devices connected by USB to a non-smart controller do not appear to be affected and should be a workaround for most customers.
