DroneSense Android version 2026.16 supports Parrot ANAFI UKR firmware v8.5.0 and resolves the compatibility issues reported after the v8.4.0 update.

Release details
ANAFI UKR firmware v8.4.0 (covering ANAFI UKR, SkyController UKR, and FreeFlight 8 Android) was released by Parrot on May 20th, 2026, and firmware v8.5.0 was released on October 14th, 2026. Parrot requires the v8.5.0 update for all ANAFI UKR systems.

Firmware v8.5.0 support
DroneSense Android version 2026.16 adds support for Parrot firmware v8.5.0, which has been tested by DroneSense. See the 2026.16 release notes for details.
Note: On firmware 8.5.0, the Firmware Mismatch Alert will still list 8.4.3 as the approved firmware because the approved version has not been updated yet. This is expected and will be corrected in a future release. The alert does not prevent you from continuing to operate the drone.
