Performing a Maintenance Procedure

Once you have a maintenance procedure set up, you can then perform it for a given asset in your system.

Complete the following steps to perform maintenance for an asset.

1. From the Hardware page, open the page for the asset.
2. Below the details section you will see the Maintenance Logs section. Click Perform Maintenance at the bottom.
   
   
   
   
3. On the page that appears, perform the tasks in the steps provided, and select an outcome for each.
   
   
4. You can optionally provide notes, or change the date and time the procedure was completed.
5. Click Save.

When the procedure is complete, a log is added for the asset.
