Battery Damage Messages

Symptom: The DroneSense mobile app sometimes displays a battery damage error.

Resolution: Generally, no action is required. This is a message that is generated on the drone to report damage and degradation of cells within the battery. In many cases, this error is not reported in DJI's GO or Pilot software.

DroneSense displays this error for the user to ensure you have complete information about the hardware you are flying.

If you see this error with increasing frequency, consider removing that battery from use until you can perform any scheduled maintenance or update firmware.
