DroneSense Remote update adds a CAD call priority filter, account-level syncing for SafeSky settings, and additional DJI error code translations. Bug fixes address session stability, controller reconnection, flight history loading, live status updates, map search placement, altimeter display, geofence editing, and CAD reconnection.
New and Improved
Filter CAD Calls by Priority
- Added a priority filter (P1–P5, plus a catch-all "Other") to the CAD Settings menu
- The map and call list now only show the priority levels you choose
- All priorities are shown by default, and your filter choices are stored in the browser.
SafeSky Settings Now Sync to Account
User's SafeSky airspace filter settings (max altitude, aircraft type visibility, ID/callsign filters) now save to their account through the server. These preferences carry over across devices and sessions rather than staying local to a single device.
Additional DJI Error Code Translations
Added more DJI error code translations.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a remote-pilot session deadlock that could stop dock message processing when a new connection overlapped with the previous connection shutting down
- Fixed an issue where connecting a PS5 controller after selecting "Launch" would require the user to complete the entire workflow again
- Fixed an issue where a single corrupted flight/session log could prevent the entire flight history list from loading
- Fixed issue where live status updates could get stuck showing stale information after connection to a Dock briefly dropped and reconnected. Remote now automatically resumes live dock and drone status updates after a reconnect
- Moved the address search bar from top center to top right of the map, also resolving an issue where on smaller screens or windows it would get cut off
- Fixed Altimeter sometimes showing "-0" instead of "0" near ground level. The underlying values were always correct — this was a display-only issue
- Fixed an issue where existing polygon-shaped sites and geofences couldn't be reshaped by dragging their corners in edit mode. Also fixed the delete-confirmation popup so it shows the right warning message for the type of item being deleted (site, emergency site, or geofence)
- CAD: Reconnecting to a flight after a network hiccup could previously create a blank, duplicate CFS entry. The app now correctly reattaches to the dispatch call you were working on after reconnecting, without leaving a stray empty entry behind
