Associating a COA to Flight Records

Complete the following steps to associate a flight log to a COA ID.

Requirement

• You must have a COA associated with your Organization. Click here for the steps to Add a COA to your Organization.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Flights page.
2. Click Select Bulk Mode and choose Associate with COA ID.
   If the Select Bulk Mode button is not an option, click Switch Modes to make it visible.
   
   
3. Select one or more flights to associate with the COA by clicking the + button in the upper right corner of the flight card(s).
   
   
4. Once you have selected the desired flights, click Associate with COA ID again.
5. From the dialog that appears, select a COA and click Save.
