What's My Organization ID?
DroneSense allows users to collaborate across organizations. To accommodate this, we added an extra layer of security to identify who you're flying with - the Organization ID.
Your Org ID is set up when your agency joins DroneSense. It's generally a shortened version of your full organization's name, and was chosen at the time your account was set up with DroneSense.
You will have received your Org ID in the Welcome email you received when setting up your user profile. We strongly recommend users keep this on hand and store it somewhere safe should you need to refer to it again.
Your local administrator or a teammate also should know your Org ID if you've lost or forgotten it.

If you've lost or forgotten your password, you'll need your Org ID. Refer to the above section for more info.
- Once you've entered your Org ID, tap Next.
- Tap the Forgot Password link.
- Enter the email address you used for your user profile and tap Submit.
- An email from email@example.com should arrive shortly with a code to reset your password. Follow the instructions provided to reset your password and log in.
If it does not appear fairly quickly, check your Spam folder.
