If you encounter an unexpected Expired License/Device Deactivated notification on login, you often can simply tap Continue to reenter your full login credentials.
This is a recurring security check to require you to fully log back in after 6 months of continuous login where you only used the PIN verification to access the app.
- After tapping continue on that message, tap the Log in link on the Select Pilot Profile page.
- Re-enter your org ID, email, and password, and then your PIN.
After completing the login you should not have to repeat this process again for 6 months.
