Expired License/Device Deactivated

If you encounter an unexpected Expired License/Device Deactivated notification on login, you often can simply tap Continue to reenter your full login credentials.

This is a recurring security check to require you to fully log back in after 6 months of continuous login where you only used the PIN verification to access the app.

1. After tapping continue on that message, tap the Log in link on the Select Pilot Profile page.
2. Re-enter your org ID, email, and password, and then your PIN.

After completing the login you should not have to repeat this process again for 6 months.
