Having Trouble Logging In?
Follow the steps below to find your Organization ID or reset your password.
What’s My Organization ID?
Your Organization ID (Org ID) is a security measure that identifies which agency you belong to. It’s generally a shortened version of your full organization’s name and was created when your agency joined DroneSense.
You’ll use your Org ID every time you log in. If it’s entered incorrectly, you won’t be able to access your account.
Where to find it:
In your Welcome Email from DroneSense.
By asking your Organization Administrator or a teammate.
Using the Org ID Lookup Tool on the DroneSense Login Page.
Using the Org ID Lookup Tool:
Go to DroneSense Login.
Click Forgot your Organization ID?
Enter your email address.
Click Submit.
Check your inbox for an email with your Org ID.
If you don’t receive an email:
Check your Spam/Junk folder.
If it still doesn’t appear, contact DroneSense Support via Email or Support channels.
Resetting Your Password
You’ll need your Org ID to reset your password.
- Go to DroneSense Login.
- Enter your 1) Org ID, then click 2) Next.
- Click 3) Forgot Password.
- Enter the 4) email address and click 5) Submit.
- You’ll see a message: “Please check your email!” - the screen will switch to the Reset Password page.
*Do not close this page, or you will have to restart the password reset process - Check your email for a message from airbase@dronesense.com with a reset code.
- Enter the 6) code on the Reset Password page and click 7) Submit.
*If you have closed the Password Page, you will have to restart the process. - Create a 8) new password, 9) confirm it, and click 10) Submit.
- You’ll see “Password updated, please log in” and be taken back to the login screen.
Troubleshooting

If you don’t receive an email:
Check your Spam/Junk folder.
Wait 3–5 minutes.
If still missing, contact DroneSense Support.
