Clear Browser Cache

When using DroneSense applications such as the DroneSense Website or DroneSense Remote, you may occasionally encounter issues like outdated interface elements, login problems, or unexpected behavior. These issues are often caused by cached data stored in your browser. Clearing the cache for a specific DroneSense website ensures your browser loads the most current version of the platform and can quickly resolve many common problems. This article will guide you through the steps to remove cached data for DroneSense sites in your browser without affecting your browsing history or stored information on other websites.

We've provided instructions for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

Google Chrome Instructions

1. Open Google Chrome.

2. Copy and paste the appropriate link below into the address bar, then press Enter.
   It should look similar to the example below:
   

   USA	chrome://settings/content/all?searchSubpage=dronesense.com
   Canada	chrome://settings/content/all?searchSubpage=dronesense.ca
   UK	chrome://settings/content/all?searchSubpage=dronesense.co.uk
   Europe	chrome://settings/content/all?searchSubpage=dronesense.eu
   Other (On-Prem)	chrome://settings/content/all?searchSubpage=dronesense *Before proceeding, make sure you want to delete all the sites listed.

3. You can delete the data for all DroneSense sites or specific sites.

For All Sites

1. For all sites, click Delete displayed data to remove cached information stored for this site.
   
   *The site details displayed may vary depending on your region.

2. Confirm by clicking Delete.
   

For Specific Sites

1. For specific sites, click the down arrow
   

2. Click the trashcan symbol next to the site you want to remove cached information stored for that site.
   

3. Confirm by clicking Delete.
   

Microsoft Edge Instructions

1. Open Microsoft Edge.

2. Copy and paste the appropriate link below into the address bar, then press Enter.
   It should look similar to the example below:

3. You can delete the data for all DroneSense sites or specific sites.

For All Sites

1. Click Remove all shown to remove cached information stored for this site.

2. Confirm by clicking Clear.
   

For Specific Sites

1. For specific sites, click the down arrow
   

2. Click the trashcan symbol next to the site you want to remove cached information stored for that site.
   *There is no confirmation prompt, so make sure you click the correct site.
