DroneSense/Axon Air video should work with most typical network security setups.
If you're running into issues getting access to streaming video or connecting to other features or services of the DroneSense/Axon Air platform, you might be encountering a restriction on your network.
To remedy this issue, go to the Trust & Security page on the DroneSense company website by selecting Resources > Trust & Security from the top menu bar.
From this page you can click the lock icon to request access to a PDF of our firewall and network settings that you can share with your agency's IT department to ensure traffic to and from DroneSense can be accessible on your network devices. Be sure to choose the correct PDF for your geographic region.
