Once Single Sign On (SSO) is enabled for your organization, you will have an updated process to log in to Axon Air powered by DroneSense (AXDS) for both mobile and web.
IMPORTANT: Smart controller devices must have the Firefox web browser installed and set as the default browser to support this workflow. Refer to the Installing Firefox on Smart Controller Devices article for more information.
- At the login screen, enter your Organization ID and click Next.
- The first time you log in using SSO, enter your agency's Evidence.com domain and click Continue.
TIP: The domain is the part of your Evidence.com ID after the @ (e.g., for lee.smith@citypd.com, the domain would be citypd).
Subsequent logins on the same device will no longer prompt for your agency domain. - On the next screen, enter your Evidence.com email and password and click Sign In.
If you do not have an Evidence.com user ID, click the No account? link at the bottom of the dialog, which will be sent to your Axon Evidence admin for approval and provisioning.
For forgotten passwords, click Forgot Password?. - AXDS organizations using SSO should have multi factor authentication (MFA) enabled. On the dialog that appears, enter the MFA code that was sent to you and click Continue.
