Existing DroneSense customers who are transitioning to Axon Air powered by DroneSense should be aware of the following differences between each version of the platform:
Your authentication information - Org ID, email, and password - should remain the same when you switch over to Axon Air powered by DroneSense.
However, the Org ID you use to log in to evidence.com will likely be different than the Org ID used to log in to the mobile app and web interface. You can request to have these IDs match by submitting a request to our support team at email@example.com.
Keep in mind that changing your Org ID will require communicating the update to your entire team, as it will change the login information each team member will use to access the platform.
Mobile Application Versions
Once your organization transitions from DroneSense to Axon Air, each pilot will need to switch to the Axon Air version of the application.

Web Interface Access
The Axon Air URL is axon.dronesense.com. The old web.dronesense.com URL should redirect you to this URL
