To deliver the best possible experience to all DroneSense and Axon Air users, we are transitioning the Axon Air Powered by DroneSense apps to the DroneSense apps.
With this change, you'll benefit from:
- Faster access to new features, bug fixes, and the latest blue UAS integrations coming in DroneSense.
- Direct Support to DroneSense Customer Success and Support teams to support your operations.
- Ongoing integrations with Axon Fusus, Respond, Evidence, and Single Sign-On—all within the DroneSense mobile apps.
Transition Steps

Download the latest DroneSense app from dronesense.com/install
-Enter this URL in your controller's web browser.
-Repeat this process on each controller/device where Axon Air is installed (excluding iOS devices). -
Log in to the DroneSense app
-Users previously logged into the Axon Air app will need to log in again manually.
-Use your existing Axon Air credentials-no new account setup is required. - Perform a test flight to confirm functionality in the DroneSense app.
- Delete the Axon Air app from your device to avoid confusion.

What happens if I don’t migrate to the DroneSense Pilot app?
You can still connect and fly using the Axon Air app. However, it will no longer receive updates or new features. Migrating ensures reliable performance and access to new capabilities. -
Is DroneSense still working with Axon? Will the Axon integrations still work?
Yes. Our partnership remains strong, and integrations with Axon Fusus, Respond, and Evidence will continue to be supported. -
How will I log in to the DroneSense Pilot app?
You can use your existing organization ID, email address, and password, or your Evidence.com credentials to log in. No authentication changes are required. -
Does this impact our Skydio drones?
No. Skydio compatibility and operations are unaffected. -
Has web access to DroneSense changed?
No. Web access remains the same at web.dronesense.com. This change only applies to mobile apps. -
Will my existing data be preserved?
Yes. All historical flights, user, and equipment data will remain accessible within the DroneSense platform. -
