Once Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled, users will no longer log in with a DroneSense username and password. Login is handled through your organization's Axon Evidence (Evidence.com) account instead.
This process applies to all users in organizations with Axon Connect SSO enabled.
The login steps are the same on both mobile devices and web.
Requirements
- Smart controller devices must have Firefox installed and set as the default browser to support SSO login.
- Refer to the Installing Firefox on Smart Controller Devices article for more information.
- The controller time zone must be set correctly to avoid login or MFA issues. See Changing the Time Zone on a DJI Controller
Instructions
- Enter your Organization ID (listed on your invite email or provided by your administrator) and click Submit.
- The first time you log in using SSO, enter your agency's Evidence.com domain (provided by your administrator) and click Continue.
Example: myagency.evidence.com
Subsequent logins on the same device will no longer prompt for your agency domain. - On the next screen, enter your Evidence.com email and password and click Sign In.
If you do not have an Evidence.com account, click No account? at the bottom of the dialog. Your request will be sent to your Axon Evidence administrator for approval.
For forgotten passwords, click Forgot Password?. - If your organization has MFA enabled, you will be prompted to choose a verification method.
If the dialog appears, select the method, enter the MFA code sent to you, and click Continue. - After successful verification, you will be redirected back to the DroneSense app and logged in.
If login fails, verify that your device time zone is set correctly and that Firefox is installed and set as the default browser, then retry login.
