The update expands Flight Type coverage with a Top Flight Types summary and bulk editing, improves Public Dashboard map display by collapsing flight cards when disabled, and enhances document previews with modal overlays. API key creation now includes a notice about a partner key requirement effective September 1, 2026. The Licensing page was removed, and hardware card queries are optimized for better performance.
Improvements
Flight Types
Flight Type coverage expands to reporting and bulk editing, giving program administrators deeper visibility and faster data management.
-
Top Flight Types in Summary Report: The Summary report now includes a Top Flight Types section that lists the top 20 flight types by flight count, along with the total number of hours and pilot totals.
-
Bulk Flight Type Update: Users can now update Flight Type across multiple Flights at once using Bulk Update. The Flight Type field is enabled when all selected flights share the same mission and disabled when they span multiple missions.
Error message when selecting multiple flights across different missions.
Public Dashboard Map Display
When map display is disabled in admin settings, flight cards on the Public Dashboard now collapse entirely instead of showing a blank "No Image Available" placeholder.
Document Previewer Modal
Document previews now open in a modal overlay instead of inline, improving usability on smaller screens. This change also fixes a flexbox overflow in the shared modal component that affected all modal usages.
API Key Partner Key
Organization Admins creating API keys now see a notice explaining the upcoming partner key requirement effective September 1, 2026, with a link to the support article.
See the New API authentication requirement — effective Sept 1, 2026 announcement for more details.
Bug Fixes
- Licensing Page: The Licensing page has been removed from the website. For information about the licenses your agency has purchased, contact your Account Manager.
Performance & Technical
- Hardware Card Query Optimization: Hardware cards (Drones, Batteries, Sensors, Equipment, and Docks) now push filtering and pagination into the database query instead of loading all records into memory, resolving page-unresponsive stalls on large organizations.
Deployment Status
Updates are deployed by region for hosted environments, and the availability status will be shown below.
