The OpsHub mobile app allows Organization Administrators to control how unpinned or inactive video streams appear on the video wall.
Available display modes include:
Pin to Play (default): Streams show as selectable sources until pinned
Video Thumbnails: Top two streams display, others appear as thumbnails (may have policy implications)
Active Video: All active streams display (may impact device performance)
On the OpsHub mobile app, you can customize how inactive or unpinned videos are displayed on your video wall to balance visual awareness with device performance.
To adjust these settings, you must be an Organization Administrator. Then log in to your DroneSense account and navigate to:
Admin > Settings > Ops Hub Mobile App
Display Options
- Pin to Play (Default)
Unpinned videos will appear as options to stream, but will only display the callsign and source until pinned or moved to the top. - Video Thumbnails
Only the top two video streams will display on the video wall. All other streams will appear as thumbnails until they are pinned.
Note: Thumbnails are temporarily stored on the server, which might impact CJIS or other policies your organization follows. - Active Video
All active video in the mission will stream to the video wall.
Note: This will consume additional resources on the device and may result in degraded performance.
