Enabling Push Notifications for the OpsHub App

Users of the OpsHub app can choose to receive either text (SMS) or push (also known as in-app or system) notifications.

Complete the following steps to change your preference.

1. Log in to DroneSense from a web browser and open your profile.
2. Click Edit details.
3. In the window that displays, enable Push Notifications to receive notifications from the OpsHub app. To receive text messages instead, enable Text Messages. 
   
   NOTE: You cannot enable both Text and Push notifications at the same time; you will need to choose one (or neither). Email notifications are not restricted by this choice.
4. Click Save when you have finished making your changes.

To test push notifications:

1. Make sure mission notifications are enabled.
2. Install and log into OpsHub mobile app.
3. Start steam from a second device into the mission you enabled the notifications for.
4. You should receive a push notification on your mobile device.
   • Tapping on the notification should open the OpsHub mobile app and you may have to log in and then you should be taken to the mission and be able to view the video feed
