Axon Air App Transition

The Axon Air app is transitioning to the DroneSense app and will no longer receive updates. To ensure continued support, security, and access to the latest features, users should download and install the DroneSense app.

New Features

Support for the DJI Matrice 4T (M4T)

General settings, flight, and camera controls

Video pre-record functionality
Automatic flight planning (with or without terrain following)

Known Limitations

The Matrice 4T does not currently appear in the flight planning drone list, for now, select Mavic 3T instead.
When launching a flight plan with an orbit set to capture photos, the drone will not automatically switch from video to photo mode. You must switch to photo mode manually before starting the plan.
Support for the Matrice 4E is still in progress and will have many missing features if you try to use it.

Added GNSS Positioning and Takeoff Checks to Drone Settings
Enable IR LEDs under LED Settings

Added Land action under Remote Signal - Lost Action

These settings mirror the "Operation Mode" behavior from the Parrot FreeFlight8 app, enabling the drone to take off without GPS and manage infrared-only lighting.
Standard mode is the recommended mode and the default settings under Operation mode are likely to result in loss of the UAS if extreme care is not taken during operation.

In-App Network Diagnostics

Added a built-in network speed test through CloudFlare, located under: General Settings > About > Network Diagnostics
- Note: Running the test will disconnect the video feed to OpsHub if a drone is actively flying or connected.

Updated Battery Status Icons

Battery icons have been updated for improved readability at a glance.

Firmware Versions

Aircraft and remote controller firmware versions are now visible under the Settings menu.

Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue where 'Aircraft' showed a blank firmware version in CoPilot—now only the device version displays.
Removed the ‘Frequency Band’ option from the Autel Max 4T, as this is no longer supported
Fixed beacon pill display for DJI M300/M350 in FPV mode with no gimbal attached.
Restored missing ‘Enable LEDs’ and ‘Max Bank Angle’ settings for the Anafi USA.
Fixed an issue where SafeSky was sending unnecessary device logs.
Addressed an issue where some alerts were showing technical data.

Open Source license attributes were added to the General Settings > About menu
