Screen sharing in OpsHub Mobile lets you stream your iOS device screen to a Mission, making it easy to share video from apps like DJI Fly. It’s available on supported devices and requires access to the feature. To get started, join a Mission, enable screen sharing, and begin broadcasting.
Screen sharing from the OpsHub Mobile app is available on supported iOS devices. It allows users to stream their screen to a Mission, making it ideal for sharing video from drone-native apps (e.g., DJI Fly) or other relevant applications.
Feature Availability
Screen sharing is a paid feature and may not be enabled on your account. Contact your Account Manager to request access or a trial.
Supported Devices
Screen sharing is currently supported on select high-performance iOS devices (see list below).
- iPhone 15 Pro or Pro Max
- Any iPhone 16 series
- iPad Air (5th generation) or newer
- iPad Pro (4th generation) or newer
- iPad mini (A17 Pro)
- If your device is not compatible, the screen sharing toggle will be inactive, and a message will appear stating: "Device does not meet requirements".

- Install the DroneSense Ops Hub mobile app if needed.

Log in to the app and select a Mission.
- Tap GPS, then select Screen.
- Tap Start Broadcast and confirm. The broadcast will begin immediately after confirmation.
⚠️From this step forward, be aware that everything on your screen, including your notifications, will be shared with the mission you selected. You should enable Do Not Disturb to prevent unexpected notifications. - Switch to the app you want to stream (e.g., DJI Fly).
- The shared screen will appear in the Mission for all viewers.
To stop streaming, return to OpsHub Mobile and toggle off screen sharing, or close the app.
Tips for the DJI Avata series
- Power on the DJI Avata, goggles, and controller before continuing.
- Connect your iOS device to the goggles using a USB-C cable.

Open DJI Fly and confirm connection and video feed.
- After confirming the video feed in DJI Fly, switch to OpsHub Mobile and continue the steps above.
Troubleshooting Tips
- No Screen Sharing Option: Confirm the feature is enabled on your account.
- Broadcast Fails: Ensure screen recording permissions are enabled in iOS Settings.
- No Video: Ensure DJI Fly is active.
- Lag: Check device compatibility and network.
