Use the Docs & Videos page to store any documents and video files relevant to your UAS program, such as product manuals, hardware warranty information, compliance documents, or videos for training.

The Docs & Videos page shows cards for each uploaded document. You can filter the view to be only documents or videos.

Click a card to view the details of the document or video.

Click Download Document to download the file or Edit Details to make changes.

Edit Details

Archive Date will automatically archive the file.

Shared With Organization will allow all members to view the file. 

Files can be assigned to Hardware, Incidents, Missions, Teams, and Members.

To limit which Members can view a file create a Team and only assign the Members you want to view certain files to it. For example, memos related to Incidents would be assigned to an Admin team and only Organization and Team Admins would be assigned to the Admin team.
