Flight locations are automatically added when flight data is synced with AirBase. Location records are also automatically added for your organization's location and for your personnel.
You also can manually specify a location for several different types of data:
- Missions
- Flights
- Hardware
- NOTAMs
- Incidents
Complete the following steps to add a new location.
- Open the Locations page under Resources and click Add New Location. You also can create a new location from any Flight, Mission, Hardware, NOTAM, or Incident page by clicking Add Location.
- The location selector appears.
- Tap or click on the map to position the radius cursor on the location you want to specify. You also can enter an address or place name in the search bar at the top of the map. You can choose to search commonly registered addresses or locations already saved to your organization by using the selection menu on the left side of the search field.
- Provide a Location Name and choose which Team you want this location to be associated with.
- Click Save.
