Release Notes for 2020.10.16 – DroneSense Support

DroneSense for iOS/iPadOS

Version 2020.10.09, available for download from the Apple App Store by searching for "DroneSense"

Added Center Point options to the sensor settings
Enabled option to switch between SD card and Internal Storage for Mavic 2 series drones
Separated the toggles to enable front and rear LEDs
Added an X button to clear out the call sign on mission selector

Fixed alerts for unsupported features of certain drones
Now disabling the beacon or enabled accessory when enabling discreet mode
Fixed an issue where the scroll option was missing for 4+ accounts on the iPhone

Added shortcut for sharing video to mobile viewers. Users can access web.dronesense.com/video to view active streams for their organization, or /video/(mission code) to access a shared mission.
Added Documents & Videos section to the Resources pages. User can now upload documents and videos for their organization.
Offline flights no longer have a separate tab in the Flights section. Offline flights now are indicated with a tag on the bottom of the flight card.
Added Admin to the Team dropdown to make it easier to filter views for administrators
NOTAMs now support email notifications
Made several improvements to Missions:
- Removed empty Location field and replaced it with a Teams count
- Duration is now displayed in a more human-readable format
- Added a tag to the Mission card to indicate if it was shared using a code and added a filter for missions with those joined with a code
Added Training designation option for Missions
Texas Logs improvements:
- All required fields are now indicated in red
- Added drone name to drone selector

Addressed a bug that caused some flight path images to not display on flight records
Fixed an issue with Texas Logs where day and night landings weren’t correctly updating when manually changed.
Flights and Missions now properly display the updated end date when they have been manually changed
