For each the Skydio API Key, each aircraft must have been flown at least once to show up as hardware and flight records in the DroneSense/Axon Air web view. Depending on the number of previous Skydio flights, it may take some time to completely process and upload the flight data.
NOTE: The email address of the pilot must be the same in DroneSense and Skydio in order to associate the flight logs correctly when the data is pulled from the Skydio Cloud. If there is not a matching pilot email address in both systems, the flight data will be skipped for that record. This includes any flights without a pilot in Skydio Cloud.
To load Skydio flights flown prior to integration with DroneSense, click Load Historical Skydio Flights on the Admin > Settings page under API Integrations.
No Telemetry Flights
For Skydio Flights that do not provide telemetry information, DroneSense will not be able to pull that data into Airbase. These flight records will not be processed into DroneSense as the Telemetry information is required.
If you see flights in Skydio Cloud with no address or location available, we will be unable to process those flights, as seen below.
