DroneSense End of Support Notice for Parrot ANAFI 4K and ANAFI Thermal

DroneSense is announcing updates to the End of Support (EoS) schedule for the Parrot ANAFI 4K and ANAFI Thermal aircraft within the DroneSense mobile applications. 

Summary of DroneSense End of Support Dates

• Parrot ANAFI 4K:
  DroneSense EoS Effective January 27, 2026

• Parrot ANAFI Thermal:
  DroneSense EoS Effective January 27, 2026

Last DroneSense App Version Supporting the Parrot ANAFI 4K and ANAFI Therma2

The final DroneSense Android app release that includes support for the Parrot ANAFI 4K and ANAFI Thermal is available for download here:

This version will remain available for agencies that continue to operate the Parrot ANAFI 4K and ANAFI Thermal beyond its End of Support date. Future DroneSense releases will not include compatibility updates, testing, or feature development for this aircraft.

What End of Support Means in DroneSense

After the EoS dates listed above:

DroneSense will not:

• Test backward compatibility for these devices in new app releases

• Develop new features for these aircraft

• Validate the performance of these aircraft in updates

• Provide hardware-specific technical support

DroneSense will continue to:

• Allow customers to fly these aircraft in DroneSense (functionality may vary)

• Provide full technical support for issues unrelated to the discontinued hardware

• Maintain aircraft and flight records in the DroneSense Web interface

Agencies may continue using these aircraft at their discretion, but should be aware that compatibility cannot be guaranteed as mobile apps evolve.

Recommended Upgrade Path

For organizations continuing with Autel aircraft, DroneSense recommends transitioning to:

• Parrot ANAFI UKR 

These platforms are actively supported by Parrot and are validated within the DroneSense ecosystem.
