Network connectivity issues can be difficult to diagnose, so DroneSense Remote includes a built-in network tester. The test runs for five minutes and checks the connection between your computer and the dock. If you have multiple docks, we recommend running the test on each one.
Follow the instructions below and send the generated file to our Support Team.
Instructions
- Log in to DroneSense Remote.
- Click Remote Drones.
- Click the three dots next to the Remote Drone you want to test.
- Click Run Network Test.
- The test starts immediately and lasts five minutes.
- After the test completes, a JSON file (for example, connection_stats_log_1-12-2026_12-56-25-PM.json) is automatically downloaded.
- Click the X in the top-right corner to close the Network Test.
- Send the JSON file to help@dronesense.com.
What Happens Next
Our network engineers will review the data and follow up with you with a detailed report or next steps.
