✅ Resolved 9/3/2026 10:00 EST: This issue has been resolved. Skydio users can now connect to DroneSense to select a mission and stream normally, and external API users can once again connect and receive video feeds. If you continue to experience issues, please submit a support ticket.
Service Disruption (Resolved): We previously experienced an issue with our external integration/API. This affected all Skydio users, who were unable to connect to DroneSense to select a mission or stream to DroneSense. It also affected our external API that allows users to connect and receive video feeds, as well as other services that rely on this integration/API. This issue has since been resolved.
What Happened
We identified an issue affecting our external integration/API layer. As a result, customers experienced the following:
- Skydio users: Unable to connect to DroneSense to select a mission or stream to DroneSense
- External API users: Unable to connect and receive video feeds
- Other services that rely on the affected integration/API were also impacted
Resolution
This issue has been resolved as of 9/3/2026 10:00 EST. Skydio and external API connectivity have been fully restored.
