Skydio Integration

Agencies with Skydio aircraft can enable data sync with Axon Air powered by DroneSense to track Hardware and Flight records performed with those devices. Live video is currently not streamed from Skydio.

Enabling Skydio Data Import

Complete the following steps to enable importing Skydio data.

1. As an administrator, open Admin > Settings and scroll down to the API Integrations section.
2. Click Edit Details and enter your organization's Skydio API Key. You can generate this key by following the steps described in this article on the Skydio website.
3. Click Save when finished.

Once completed, any flights performed on Skydio aircraft will be tracked in Axon Air. Flights are processed hourly, so it might take longer for the Flight and Hardware records to appear. Flight records that don't include telemetry data will not be imported. 

NOTE: The email address of the pilot must be the same in Axon Air powered by DroneSense and Skydio in order to associate the flight logs correctly when the data is pulled from the Skydio Cloud.  If there is not a matching pilot email address in both systems, the flight data will be skipped for that record. This includes any flights without a pilot in Skydio Cloud.
