Logging in to the UK version of Axon Air on Android

Installation

If you have not installed the Axon Air app already, complete the installation instructions detailed in this article.

Connecting the Axon Air Android App to the UK Environment

The first time you log in on an Android device (phone, tablet, or Smart Controller), you will need to point it to the UK environment. To do this, complete the following steps:

  1. Open the Axon Air app.
  2. At the Enter Organization ID login screen, click the + button in the upper right. A new Login Code field will appear.

  3. Enter your Organization ID in the top field and enter UK in the Login Code field.

  4. Click Submit.

Note: Because of the way the Apple App Store delivers apps, these steps are not required for iOS.
