New and Improved in This Release

Mission Page Enhancements

• Shared Mission Indicator: Easily identify shared missions with a blue "SHARED" banner.

• Agency Visibility: Select a shared mission to see which agency shared it.

Reporting Page Redesign & New Reports

• New Tile Layout: Reports are now displayed in an intuitive tile view.
• Date Range Filter: Choose from preset ranges like:
  • Month to Date
  • Last Month
  • Last Three Months
  • This Year
  • Last Year
  • All Time
  • Or define your own custom range.

• Instructions: Select a date range, then click the action button for the report you want to generate.

New: Pilot Currency Report

Evaluate pilot activity within a specific date range using the following metrics:

• Total Flights
• Total Hours
• Day Hours
• Night Hours
• Op Flights
• Training Flights
• Training Hours
• Last Flight

New: Summary Report

Generate comprehensive summaries by date range, including:

• Overall and per-pilot/team/aircraft flight metrics
• Operational insights by time of week
• Top missions, postal codes, and districts

Generated reports are available for download via the Resources page.

New: Incidents Report

Operations Hub Improvements

• Auto Join Optimization:
  Improved performance by deferring Mission Feature Layer loading.
  • New Behavior: Auto Join shows drone/device location and video immediately.
  • To view map layers: Click the mission in Mission Manager

• Legacy Option: Re-enable automatic map layer loading in Mission Manger Settings:
  • Go to Settings -> Load Mission Layers During Auto Join (setting is stored locally and may degrade the performance of Operations Hub).
     

    

Hardware Detail Updates

Renamed fields: 

• "Flights" -> DS Flights
• "Flight Hours" -> DS Flight Hours

These details were introduced in an earlier web release, and the field names have been updated for consistency. 

Skydio Integration Updates

• Improved API Handling:
  Automatically strips whitespace from API credentials to prevent integration errors.
  

• Manual Addition Warning:
  A new notice appears if you try to manually add a Skydio drone:

  "For seamless integration, please fly your Skydio. It will then be automatically configured into your DroneSense account."
  You can still proceed if needed.
  

New Language Support

• Now available in:

  • 🇪🇸 Spanish
  • 🇮🇹 Italian

Other Improvements

• Refreshed calendar styling in filters
• Updated Incident placeholder images:
  • Shows a map preview if a location is set
  • Shows a generic image otherwise.

• Resolved duplicated Remote Pilot/Viewer roles for DroneSense Remote.
