Return to Home (RTH)

- Safesky messaging changes
- The status will show as "Inactive" after 30 consecutive seconds of API requests that result in errors.

- Fixed the ability to create flight plans outside of the site boundary

- Fixed Go To not respecting the default altitude once reaching the waypoint

Known Issues
- Sometimes, when using multiple docks and launch sites consecutively in the same browser, the second dock launched will switch to a different launch site.
- The current workaround involves having the user refresh the page, edit the dock to switch the launch site back to the intended site, and then perform a maintenance mode reset.
