The M300 can unpredictably provide the FPV feed in place of the H20T. The only way to get out of this state is to restart every device in the chain.
The underlying DJI software currently has an issue that causes it to sometimes report the wrong camera feed, which results in the incorrect feed and functionality to appear in the DroneSense Mobile app.
In addition, the M300 is particular about the ports that sensors are connected to when using dual gimbal setups, such as the H20T and Z15 spotlight combination. The H20T should always be in port 1 in this configuration.
To fix this problem, you will need to alter the order with which you power on the components.
- Power up the Smart Controller.
- Start the DroneSense Mobile app.
- Power up the M300.
By always using this startup order, the DJI software will far more reliably provide the correct feed.
If issues persist and you are using a dual gimbal setup, make sure the H20T is in port 1. If you are using other sensors, try swapping their port.
