Because of the way the custom Android operating system that they use, CrystalSky devices can have issues with maintaining connection between the drone, controller, and the DroneSense Mobile app when the user switches between applications - such as when having to go to a DJI app to alter an advanced setting.
This can be especially pronounced when the user selects the Always option for the USB connection to use DroneSense on the initial launch of the application.
- To change this setting on CrystalSky, go to Applications > Settings > Apps > DroneSense > Clear Defaults.
- Repeat Step 1 for the DJI apps or any other drone-related application on the device.
- Thereafter, when prompted about the USB connection for both DroneSense or any other drone-related application, select Just Once.
