The DroneSense Platform has the same login across our products.
Resetting Your Password Across All of Our Products
- Go to https://airbase.dronesense.com
- Click Forgot Password.
- Enter your email address.
- Click Send.
- You will get an email to reset your password (this might take up to 5 minutes).
TIP: If you are not receiving an email, check your Spam folder.
- Click the link and choose a new password.
Cannot Login into Pilot on Your iPad
The email address and password is the same as you will use for AirBase (see above to reset).
Resetting Your PIN for Pilot on your iPad
- To reset or add a PIN, go to https://airbase.dronesense.com/ and log in.
- Click your name in the upper right hand corner and select My Profile.
- Scroll to Activation PIN section of the page.
- Update your PIN.
- Click Save at the bottom.
NOTE: You will need to log out and log back in to all activated devices.
