The Airspace Management Tab provides a space for all Airspace Management systems within the DroneSense Remote ecosystem. This will include all current and future integrations, such as the SafeSky ADS-B integration, Casia G, and others.
To access the Airspace Management Tab, navigate to DroneSense Remote and click the Airspace Management icon.
From this screen, you can access the DroneSense Remote SkySafe ADS-B integration Settings and add additional Detect And Avoid (DAA) systems integrated into DroneSense Remote.
Adding Additional Systems
To add DAA Systems, the user can click the Add System Icon in the Airspace Management Tab.
This will prompt the user to select the Airspace System by clicking the appropriate icon and selecting Next. Currently, the only system available is the Casia G system.
This will bring up the Add Casia G Systems Panel, where the System name and Serial Number can be entered. Once entered, a checkmark indicates whether the system is online.
The System settings can then be edited, including Altitude Filter, Range Filter in Nautical Miles, and Intruder Timeouts.
Once the Casia G system is active, it will appear in the Airspace Management Tab and have a Casia Alerts panel on the map.
Traffic Alerts will Display the aircraft image in the upper left-hand Casia Alerts panel, with a line to the corresponding location of the alert.
Known Issue: If the SafeSky ADS-B integration is turned on with the Casia-G Integration, agencies may see ADS-B Duplicates, as both systems are pulling ADS-B data. It is recommended that Casia Customers run only the Casia-G System to avoid duplication of returns.
