Android Release Notes for 6/5/2024

Axon Air powered by DroneSense Mobile for Android

Version 2024.6.1, available from dronesense.com/axonair for DJI V5 SDK drones only as of 6/5/2024. Google Play store for other drones will be available soon.

[update 6/8/2024]: The hard requirement to update DJI V5 SDK drones by June 9th does not affect Axon Air customers, so the statement about it has been removed from these release notes.

New and Improved Features

• Updated version of DJI SDK
  • Added base support for H30 and H30T
  • No longer need to launch DJI Pilot 2 before taking off with M30
• Improved speed when loading profiles and logging into the app
• Added support for the Autel EVO Max drop accessory
• Added stick position data to flight logs for DJI drones to display in Replay
• Updated icons for spotlight and drop accessory pill buttons

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where closing the media manager would crash the app on some DJI drones
• The condensed telemetry setting should no longer be missing on some mobile devices
• Marker names that were changed in the OpsHub interface should now be properly reflected in the mobile app
• Fixed an issue where some flight logs were malformed when the controller was set to a non-US location
• Fixed an issue where creating a new mission in OpsHub would disconnect any active streams in another mission
• Corrected a single sign-on incompatibility that affected some users when Microsoft Authenticator app was installed
• Fixed missing microphone permission prompt on DJI SCE
